Mainly used in the preparation of orange, lemon, coconut and assorted fruit flavors. It is a permitted flavoring agent specified in GB 2760‑96.Used as raw material for manufacturing surfactants, plasticizers, synthetic fibers, defoamers, herbicides, lubricant additives and fragrances. Also used as a solvent for inks and other products.
