Uses
Sodium dihydrogen phosphate is used as a raw material for the production of sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium pyrophosphate. It is mainly applied in leather manufacturing, boiler water treatment, as a quality improver and baking powder component. It also serves as a buffer and raw material for baking powder in the food industry and fermentation industry, and is used as feed additive, detergent, dyeing auxiliary, etc.
